Hi! I’m Evelyn Florez
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations (UBA) and a Postgraduate degree in Employer Branding (UTDT), and I have over 15 years of experience supporting companies and professionals through transformation processes related to talent and people across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
At EFRH, we work closely with each client, understanding their context and challenges to design tailored solutions. We partner with technology companies, FMCG brands, retail businesses, and startups that seek to build strong teams, clear structures, and cultures aligned with their purpose.
My experience combines two complementary perspectives:

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions: every project starts with listening, understanding the context, and designing responses aligned with real needs. I work as part of the team — I get involved, stay committed, and celebrate every step forward.
